Make healthier lifestyle choices with Foundation's Change programme!

AFC Fylde Community Foundation are delighted to be relaunching our Change programme from Monday 23rd October!

The FREE eight-week weight-management provision, delivered by the official charity of AFC Fylde for those aged 18 and over, helps participants make healthier lifestyle choices at a pace which suits them.

Supported through funding from Fylde Council, the group sessions will be taking place at Bactive Leisure Centre, Warton, between 10am-12pm each Monday, as well remote one-to-one services across the Fylde borough.

Our health and wellbeing projects offer the support and guidance individuals need to reach their weight-loss and fitness goals, overseen by friendly Foundation members of staff.

So, if you want to improve your lifestyle and get fitter, then AFC Fylde Community Foundation’s Change programme is perfect for you.

Using the power of the AFC Fylde badge, the charity can help you make the right changes in your life.

George Kneen-Cookson, Health and Wellbeing Officer at AFC Fylde Community Foundation, said: “We’re pleased to be relaunching our Change programme for local people living in Fylde.

“It’s been great to see the progress of our participants, all of whom want to take back control and make a positive change in their lives.

“We would like to thank Fylde Council for their continued support towards the programme. It’s really rewarding to see the Foundation help support local people on their weight-loss journey.”
