The successful candidate for the Community Engagement Manager position will have the pleasure of overseeing the work that all the current Community team produce, whilst also adding Champions Co-ordinators and Youth Engagement Co-ordinator to their purview.
Champions is a youth-based project to encourage children away from anti-social behaviour (ASB). The project is referral based but all participation is dependent on the individual due to it being a voluntary programme.
Our Youth Engagement Co-ordinator will be a hybrid role that the successful applicant will oversee a new youth ASB prevention programme (similar to Champions) whilst also working alongside our EE&S team.
The postholder for our EE&S Co-ordinator position will be delivering key work readiness projects to the Fylde community, supporting people into employment, education or training by way of bespoke support.
Whereas, our Officers will be delivering key projects to the Fylde community, supporting adults and young people, respectively, into employment, education or training by way of bespoke support.
