AFC Fylde Community Foundation are delighted to announce our 2022 Present Appeal, which will provide gifts to the most vulnerable children living across The Fylde area this Christmas. All donations made will purchase presents for children aged 2 - 16 years old, and presents will be hand-delivered to many children by AFC Fylde players!
