Armed Forces Community Programmes
Our Armed Forces Community programme offers a variety of different support methods and is ran by Lee Geraghty, who spent over 20 years serving in the British Army. Our projects aim to help and support both current and ex-service personnel and their families.
Mentoring Programme
Weeton Barracks is the home of our Mentoring Programme. Lee Geraghty offers one-to-one support for those who are due to leave the Armed Forces. He provides advice and guidance on how to find employment, health & wellbeing and how to adjust to life outside of the Forces.
Veteran's Football Sessions
The Foundation offers free football training sessions and fixtures for any serving or ex member of the Forces. It is a great way to stay active, improve both your mental and physical wellbeing. The sessions take place every Monday, 20:00-21:00.
Forces' Breakfast Clubs
On the second Thursday of every month, at Toby Carvery Salters Wharf, in Lytham St Anne's, and the final Friday of every month, at Mill Farm, in Wesham, we offer the chance to local Veteran's and those still serving to all come together and socialise over breakfast and a brew.
Weeton Barracks Youth Club
Free of charge and open to all children 7-14 years old. This Youth Club provides the opportunity to to relax, play games and activities, take part in crafts and meet new friends. We are at Weeton Barracks every Wednesday 16:30-17:30. The club is ran by fully qualified members of staff.
