 AFC Fylde Community Foundation improves lives and communities by delivering high quality programmes with a lasting impact. The Foundation has three priority areas of delivery: Schools, CommunityDevelopment and Employment and Skills and aims to Improve health and wellbeing, improve employability and skills and create stronger communities.
