HALF TERM ACTIVITY FUND

AFC Fylde Community Foundation are delighted to offer free school holiday provision for children in receipt of free school meals. 
The Half Term Activity Fund entitles children to sixteen free dates of their choosing at either one of our Activity Camps or our Soccer School, alongside free lunches and snacks.
