Fit For The Future

The AFC Fylde Community Foundation have paired up with AGE UK Lancashire and NHS Wyre and Fylde Clinical Commissioning Group to deliver the Fylde’s first ‘Fit as a Fiddle’ activity groups.

The groups, led by The Foundation’s Highly experienced Health and wellbeing coordinator Michael Brown, provide residents throughout Fylde with the opportunity to take part in a variety of fun and stimulating exercises which aim to get all areas of Fylde fit, healthy and active.

Groups take place on the following days/time and are FREE to attend;

Tuesday – St Cuthberts Church Hall Lytham  10am-12pm

Thursday – St Annes Parish Rooms, Headroomgate Road St Annes 10am-12pm

Participants who attend the group are offered the opportunity to take part in a range of relaxed and fun activities such as, walking football, indoor crown green bowls, in door ten pin bowling, badminton and many more.
